Stupid Spring Break…
As soon as I feel great and lose 4 lbs…Spring Break comes and I probably gained it all back and more…
Give me some encouragement people….I need to work even harder…
I had a bad food day…need to really watch myself this week :( Hopefully this will be the only time I go over my calorie intake
Going to do my weekly weigh in…I’m nervous :(
Added Pilates to my workout regimen…*wheeze* X_X
Staying at my man’s apartment for spring break. Went and got groceries and stocked up on healthy foods :) planning to make a fruit salad tonight.
Started logging my food, think I did pretty good :)
Had a fight…
Miscommunication, me pmsing, and a vigorous workout later I lay in bed tired, sore, and a little sad….
The fight was resolved but I don’t like ending my days like that…I should use working out more often as an outlet for stress
When things are pissing me off, I should just workout
